THE PROCESS

Benefits | Disorders

If you chose to perform the nerve conduction studies in your office, either performed by your staff of an outside technician firm, you can bill for the technical component of the study, thereby adding an additional revenue stream to your practice.  We recommend the use of an independent technical firm.  They work on a per diem basis and lease you the equipment.

Once the test is completed, you can bill for the technical component of the study, thereby adding an additional revenue stream to your practice.

Walbridge interprets the data and dictates a report which you will receive in four to seven business days.  The report contains a brief history which was provided by your patient, findings and treatment recommendations.

Nerve conduction study is not the appropriate test to rule out radiculopathy, that requires an EMG.
